With two Submerged, 4-Axis Wire EDM machines, we are equipped to produce precision electrical discharge machined components for the aerospace industry.

By utilizing cutting edge CAD/CAM technologies including 3D Solidworks 2007 along with Mastercam version X, we are able to provide high quality precision machined components for the aerospace industry, with quick turn around times and at reasonable prices.

We proudly provide you with one of the largest CNC RAM EDM machines in New England to service all of your aerospace machining needs.

To keep up with aerospace industry standards, we have a high speed 4-Axis Wire EDM machine and a 4-Axis CNC Conventional EDM machine. We also have a Supermax Vertical Machining Center with a 10,000 RPM Spindle.

Our extensive line of manufacturing and support equipment together with our staff expertise enables us to provide complete in-house aerospace machining services. With capacity to manufacture parts up to 6600 pounds, we can produce an even wider variety of components than other aerospace machining organizations.
